Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a nurturing and supportive relationship with children in care
• Provide one-on-one care to children, including homework assistance, meal preparation, and recreational activities
• Reminders of medication and perform basic first aid as needed
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience working with children in a care setting
• Ability to provide independent care for children of various ages and abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and bend/kneel as needed
• Pass a criminal background check and child abuse registry check
