The Building Maintenance staff are responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing building wiring and assisting with the repair or replacement of associated building machinery, equipment, and general facilities maintenance duties.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); formal trade training preferred. Prefer a journeyman level craftsman with licensing. Minimum age of 18 years.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
