Work Location

Controller (Remote – Eastern Time)

Salary : $88,000–$100,000

Start Date : January 19, 2025

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (interim), then Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

As Controller , you'll be the steward of Love146's financial health ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all financial operations. You'll manage accounting and reporting, strengthen internal controls, and help scale our infrastructure as we grow.

This is a key leadership role for someone who loves improving systems, collaborating across teams, and ensuring every financial decision reflects our commitment to protecting children and sustaining our mission.

What You'll Do

Lead Financial Operations

Drive Budgeting, Reporting & Grant Compliance

Track restricted / unrestricted funds and ensure compliance with donor and grant requirements.

Optimize Systems & Processes

Collaborate with our outsourced accounting firm to ensure accuracy and automation.

Support Strategic Financial Leadership

Collaborate & Mentor

What You Bring

Technical fluency with Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel (required); Salesforce experience a plus
