Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 5 years in leadership roles

Expertise in compensation administration, payroll, HRIS, and talent acquisition

Experience leading distributed teams in high-growth environments

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
