Senior Underwriter

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite agency, jumbo, and FHA loans according to company and investor guidelines

Review compliance with GSE and HUD requirements for loans and ensure accurate input into the underwriting module

Support Operations, Sales, and Clients by conveying underwriting philosophy and performing related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in underwriting complex financial and income statements

2+ years of experience preparing cash flows for partnerships, s-corporations, and corporations

Experience with automated loan origination and underwriting systems

Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations

Proficiency in Excel and Word
