Bilingual Functional Tester (POS systems)

Job Summary (Bilingual Functional Tester - POS Systems, On site, Chicago Downtown) :

• Serve as Test Lead within the Testing Center of Excellence, focusing on POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, product owners, project managers) to verify code and validate requirements.
• Design, create, and maintain detailed test scenarios and test cases, including management of test data across multiple environments.
• Execute functional and integration tests, document results, and track progress using relevant tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document functional, technical, and integration defects.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks clearly to team leads and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile project delivery, leveraging experience in the retail domain and functional testing.
• Utilize strong analytical, interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills to support team goals and resolve issues.
• Required : Over 7 years of software testing experience, including 2+ years in POS testing.
• Required : Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Required : Strong attention to detail and quality assurance focus.
• Preferred : Experience supporting diverse teams and managing complex testing scenarios.
