Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties :

Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Oversee maintenance operations and equipment reliability.

Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.

Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.

Manage budgets and support continuous improvement.

You will be successful in this role if you are reliable, detail oriented and act with a sense of urgency!

Schedule : Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 2 : 30pm-11pm & 10am - 6 : 30pm

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements :

• 1-2 years of Maintenance experience in a Production / Manufacturing setting
• Previous experience leading teams of 3-5 technicians
• Strong technical aptitude, proven leadership, problem solving skills and clear communication
• Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred but not required

Pay : $30 / hr $35 / hr or DOE
