Licensed Content Management Director

A company is looking for a Director of Content Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of content writers, promoting collaboration and continuous learning

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions

Translate customer feedback and market trends into content priorities and product roadmaps

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, education, product management, or a related field (master's degree preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in content or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred

Ability to meet requirements for insurance program administrators in all states

Experience running training programs or holding relevant insurance designations is a plus
