Patient Services Representative I (Entry Level)

The PSR I is the welcoming face of the clinic-greeting patients, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and keeping the lobby clean and organized. This is an entry path into Phlebotomy , and training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn and perform phlebotomy once trained.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with care and compassion.
• Support check-ins using kiosks or handheld tablets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional lobby environment.
• Learn and perform phlebotomy skills when trained and when coverage is needed.
• Follow established procedures, maintain records, and ensure confidentiality.
• Support team members and promote a positive patient experience.
