Responsibilities include driving business within the region, negotiating and correcting behavior, evangelizing methodology and best practices at every level within the organization, sourcing candidates for requisitions, and managing candidate experience. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle IT recruiting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
