Build relationships with residents from your one-on-one engagement and then see the effects of your care every day. We are seeking experienced professionals who value the company of older adults, appreciate a non-institutional, home-like setting and pace, have strong critical thinking skills, are motivated to flex their clinical leadership and grow within their role, while receiving the support they need and respect they deserve.

Current Opportunities :

• Part time Day : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM Pay starts at $32 / hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience
• Part time Day : 7 : 00AM to 7 : 00PM Pay starts at $32 / hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience
• Week 1 work Wednesday and Thursday, Week 2 work Monday and Tuesday Every other Holiday coverage required
• Full time Overnight : 7 : 00 PM-7 : 00 AM Full-Time Pay starts at $34 to 35 / hour (with shift differentials), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience
• 12-hour shifts come with set schedules with a bi-weekly rotation :
• Week 1 : work 3 days, get 4 off / Week 2 : work 4 days get 3 off!
