Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing tailored solutions for commercial clients. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, technical product knowledge, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new commercial sales through proactive outreach, networking, and prospecting.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Prepare and deliver accurate proposals, bids, and quotes.
Collaborate with our operations and installation teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / specifications (preferred but not required).
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
