Education Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience : Payroll 5 years Certified Payroll 3 years

Job Type : Full-Time

Travel : In Person-Seattle

Pay : 80K-110K Depending on Experience, Qualifications and References

Preferred Qualifications

• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification a plus.
• Experience in construction, government contracting, or other prevailing wage industries.
• Familiarity with union payroll and fringe benefit reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for employees across Washington State, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires certified payroll experience and a high level of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.
