Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for an Installation Manager at our Lenexa, KS branch, or nearby areas such as Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, and Kansas City. The Installation Manager will oversee installation of windows, siding, and doors, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction meet or exceed standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage installation staff
• Perform services and measurements as needed
• Manage installation crews and maintain skill matrices
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory
• Serve as customer service liaison for installation issues
• Coordinate with scheduling teams for crew assignments
• Supervise job sites for quality and attend remeasurements
• Conduct quality inspections and audits
• Manage materials delivery and approve additional costs
• Monitor job progress and quality scores
• Maintain a driving record meeting insurance standards
• Ensure completion of installation projects
