Licensed Care Advocate

A company is looking for a Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates virtual calls for participants and families regarding conception, pregnancy, postpartum, or adoption

Provides benefit education and navigation tailored to each participant's employer's program

Collaborates with a Care Team to manage participant support and resources effectively

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or sociology

Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience working with expectant parents or young families may be considered

Previous experience with growing families, working parents, or families adopting

Baseline knowledge of leave / benefits such as FMLA and short-term disability

Prior case management experience
