Marcus & Millichap South Bay is looking for a licensed and motivated professional to learn the business of investment sales within a proven and structured platform. This opportunity provides rewarding commissions, hands-on mentorship, and access to systems that help you build a long-term career in commercial real estate.

As an Investment Sales Agent, you will learn to work with both private and institutional investors to identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, analyze property value, and manage transactions from start to finish. With immediate access to a robust investor database, proprietary tools, and direct mentorship, you will focus on building strong client relationships while gaining real transaction experience in the South Bay market.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $160,000+
