Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement training plans for Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Mentor and support the PMO team across various business units

Facilitate coaching sessions for project managers on best practices

Required Qualifications

PMP, Agile, and Waterfall certifications

Experience in coaching and mentoring project managers

Proven track record of developing training programs for departments

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

Ability to work remotely and manage teams effectively
