A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and direct sourcing, recruitment, acquisition, and onboarding of talent
Lead and mentor a team to meet recruitment goals and ensure compliant onboarding
Establish and maintain talent acquisition metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a healthcare organization
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate recruitment staff
Experience in developing and presenting recruitment strategy plans
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education / experience
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
