Reports To : Vice President, Brand Strategy

Overview

The Director of Digital Marketing will lead Excelligence's digital marketing strategy and execution across brands, with a focus on Discount School Supply and Really Good Stuff. This role drives full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned digital channels, supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

• Develop integrated digital strategies aligned with brand positioning and revenue goals.
• Lead digital activation for brand campaigns across multiple formats and platforms.
• Define channel mix and budget allocation by brand to optimize ROAS and LTV.
