Responsible for :

  • General cleaning of shared spaces, and detailed cleaning / maintenance program of bakery machinery.
  • Support for receiving activities later in the day, must be able to lift 50 pounds with frequency.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Previous janitorial experience required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures and compliance with environmental policies as they apply to cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to document cleaning procedures / tasks, communicate ordering needs / determine parts to be ordered if necessary.
  • Ability to follow, interpret, and read detailed manuals / instructions, checklists, and diagrams specific to work tasks and bakery machinery.
