Key Responsibilities

Oversees planning, implementation, and enhancement of operational processes and product launches

Manages multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget

Communicates project status updates and drives continuous improvement in departmental efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum two years' experience in operational process improvement or healthcare management required

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
