A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will provide industry-leading service while facilitating customer transactions and resolving banking inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone with effective listening and empathy, staying updated on policies and regulations
Facilitate and manage customer service requests, ensuring communication and resolution with operational teams
Maintain compliance with regulations and policies while driving proactive sales and referral conversations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
2 or more years of customer service experience (Required)
Proficiency in using a computer with MS Windows for work-related tasks
Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet download speed of 100 Mbps
Understanding of federal banking regulations and internal controls
