A company is looking for a Business Development Director who will drive sales growth and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and select financial professionals for the firm

Develop sales concept guidance and client presentations in collaboration with management

Achieve annual recruiting and sales goals while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in the life insurance and wealth management industries

Technical understanding of life, annuity, and wealth management products

Knowledge of relevant tax laws and state regulations
