About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives within the conscious leader ecosystem and vibrant community. The ideal candidate will possess a rich blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience in crafting integrated marketing strategies that connect deeply with conscious leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors.

This position demands a strategic thought leader with a noteworthy track record in brand positioning, driving growth, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. You will take ownership of defining our brand architecture, messaging, and positioning. As a critical partner to the CEO and leadership team, you will lead go-to-market strategies, develop premium content, and oversee public relations, media outreach, and speaking engagements.

Your creativity and insight will be essential in designing marketing approaches aimed at fostering community engagement, building strategic partnerships, and managing marketing infrastructure and operations.

We seek applicants with a minimum of 10 years of senior marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CMO or SVP role. A successful candidate will demonstrate the capability to create and nurture highly engaged communities, possess expertise in experience design and event marketing, and have a strong background in engaging premium or luxury markets. A genuine passion for conscious leadership and a commitment to making a systemic impact are crucial. The role demands a leader with solid operational and analytical skills, equipped to scale marketing functions and provide strategic guidance to the CEO and founders. You will also have the opportunity to advise select portfolio ventures, making experience in marketing operations, systems, and analytics a key asset.
