We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Agent Trainee to join our district. This role involves building new client relationships, offering customized insurance solutions, and driving sales across a variety of product lines. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-driven, and eager to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry.

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related industries)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
