Job Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing and outreach efforts, including direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell initiatives, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, and outbound lead sourcing.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories and operates within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Establishes role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
