Our CNC Supervisor position includes setting up, programming, troubleshooting, operating and adjusting the automatic numerically controlled machine tools and / or CNC machining equipment to perform a complex series of machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. Supervises the machine shop and tool room personnel. Involved in CNC / CMM programming.

Work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications defining and coding tooling, fixturing, and machine arrangementsProgram with G&M codeKnowledge and understanding of GD&TSet up, operate and program Mori, Doosan and other machines.Use a variety of precision measuring instrumentsRecognize, report and correct errors.Recommend tooling applications and operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new and unusual machining requirements.May set up for and instruct Machine Operators of lower classification.Comply with safety, quality and service standards within the department.Supervise skilled shop personnel in machining and tool room departmentsSelect new employees, schedule and monitor work, provide ongoing feedback and perform regular evaluationsEnsure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company’s standards for quality, quantity, safety, and ISO9001Participate in planning meetings, recommending space, personnel, and equipment requirementsPerform other duties as requestedVisit our website to learn more about MBW!
