A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist who is responsible for identifying and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through telephone and electronic communications
Initiate the sales process by cold calling and following up on potential prospects
Collaborate with client managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-3 years of proven telemarketing and / or inside sales experience or a relevant combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
Ability to master product knowledge
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software preferred
