Job Summary

SWCORP, a leader in luxury durable goods and e-commerce, is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping / receiving, staffing, and process optimization. This individual must have experience with durable goods , freight negotiation , and e-commerce fulfillment logistics . The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is solutions-oriented, and can build strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and on-time order processing for e-commerce and B2B channels (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Anzzi, etc.).
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers (LTL, FTL, international) to reduce shipping costs without compromising service.
• Maintain proper inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation (preferably Acumatica ERP).
• Drive warehouse process improvements with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team including leads, forklift drivers, and pick-pack staff.
• Partner with supply chain, customer service, and sales teams to meet fulfillment goals and resolve order issues.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations.
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and packaging of durable goods to prevent damage and returns.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure team performance, productivity, and accuracy.
