A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their HR technology ecosystem, particularly with Workday expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM platform, including system upgrades and custom configurations
Conduct audits and validation checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
Assist in end-to-end Workday projects, including module implementations and process redesigns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HRIS
Knowledge of HR business processes and technology operations
Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Talent & Performance
Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or related field preferred
