Performs or facilitates inspections of all parts of the organization's grounds and facilities; approves renovations, maintenance, and installations when necessary. Also oversees equipment purchases and installation in individual practices. Upholds P1's core values and always represents the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Has direct oversight and management of all facility construction projectsOversees all lease management agreementsResponsible for creation, training, and oversight of facility equipment maintenance programsManages P1 practice buildouts from start to finish ensuring project is completed on time and on budgetPlans activities, solves complex problems, and makes recommendations for best uses of space for their organizationsProvide ways to improve existing space and makes recommendations for new locationsDirects practice construction projects, budgets, and delivery timelinesOversees multiple projects at one timePrepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to project specificationsEnsures quality and adherence to design specifications, building codes, and blueprints for new store or remodeling construction projectsResponsible for partnering and monitoring of contractors / buildersAuthorizes changes to schedule or materialsWork with Construction Administrator to define and refine a detailed construction processLeads by example, friendly and energetic with a passion for helping peopleResults-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards successProvide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibilityHandles all equipment request, negotiations, and purchases for P1 practices.Facilitates annual CAPEX budget creation and monitors throughout the yearCreates equipment inventory and maintenance scheduleOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For :
