ITility is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Human Resources - Training and Development Specialist who will play a key role on our HR Learning, Development & Compliance Team in building and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive performance, employee and leadership growth and employee engagement. This individual will be a member of a cross-functional team. This position is contingent upon contract award.

This position will sit onsite at the Client location in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area .
