A company is looking for a Virtual Banker - 4X10 Shift.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a high volume of digital customer interactions
Provide guidance on banking products, policies, and digital tools
Execute transactions, verify account details, and troubleshoot access issues
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of experience in virtual or retail banking
Proficiency in banking systems and CRM platforms
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
