Overview

Marketing & Sales Lead Generation Specialist — Pasadena TX On-Site Full-Time Exempt

Danners is looking for a creative data-savvy Marketing & Sales Lead Generation Specialist to expand our digital presence and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Youll blend strategy with hands-on execution across content, social, email, and paid campaigns — partnering closely with Sales Operations and HR to fuel company growth.

What Youll Do

  • Build the plan : Develop integrated marketing strategies that raise brand awareness and drive high-quality leads with measurable outcomes.
  • Create standout content : Write and produce on-brand assets for web, email, social, blogs, and promos; surface customer stories and wins.
  • Run digital channels : Manage day-to-day social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) scheduling and engagement; keep our website current and SEO-aligned.
  • Own paid & search : Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn; apply SEO best practices.
  • Generate & nurture leads : Build digital lead gen programs; use marketing automation / CRM (HubSpot) to capture, score, and nurture prospects; align with Sales targets.
  • Report what matters : Track and present KPIs (traffic, click-through rate, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform reports; adjust campaigns based on insights.
  • Support the business : Coordinate with internal teams for events, trade shows, and employee engagement initiatives; be our internal go-to for digital / social strategy.

What Youll Bring

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation with proven outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management / marketing automation (HubSpot) and analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated skill in paid media and campaign optimization.
  • Confident writer and editor with an eye for brand consistency.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative teammate who can partner across functions.
  • Bonus points : B2B experience; Canva / Adobe video or design chops; website management and SEO skills; email best-practice know-how; maritime or security industry knowledge.
