Responsibilities :

• Supervises grounds staff and assigns duties as needed.
• Ensures various properties are maintained including mowing, trimming, edging, snow removal, and trash removal as needed.
• Maintain all groundskeeping equipment.
• Performs various repairs and preventive maintenance on hospital vehicle fleet and other equipment as needed.
• Diagnose various vehicle issues and needs and coordinate with outside vendors for repairs.
• Complete repair work orders as assigned.
• Maintain electronic records of maintenance performed on vehicles & equipment.
• Assists with multiple Hospital special events including delivery, setup & removal of tents and other event equipment.
• Some special events will require some weekend and evening hours each year.
• Coordinate with Manager and other staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
