We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex, client-facing environments and can lead end-to-end software delivery across multiple simultaneous projects. You’ll bridge the gap between technology and business, guiding cross-functional teams through the SDLC while ensuring every engagement exceeds client expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple enterprise-level software implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading both in-person and virtual communications.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable project plans, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop schedules, estimates, and work breakdown structures that drive accountability and results.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure milestones, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Capture and manage user stories, business requirements, and change requests.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, keeping stakeholders informed at every step.
- Deliver professional project updates, demos, and presentations to clients and executives.
- Oversee change management and maintain version control for all project documentation.
- Ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders through transparent communication.
- Handle client escalations promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Mentor peers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).5+ years of proven experience managing software or IT projects through a full SDLC.Background in enterprise or logistics-related software projects preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to lead multiple complex initiatives concurrently.Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project); SharePoint experience a plus.Skilled in writing clear user stories and business requirements.Demonstrated success managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.Detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional follow-through and accountability.Why Join Us
