Here’s what you’ll be doing :

Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process.

Build real relationships with clients to create more opportunities.

Host buyer and seller consults to match people with the right homes.

Lead open houses to highlight our listings and bring in buyers.

Manage the full transaction process from listing to close.

Bring in new clients to keep building business.

Use your market knowledge to help clients understand listings, prices, and trends.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Sales experience helps, but it’s not required.

You should be comfortable using technology in your work.

You’ll need strong communication, people, and negotiation skills.

You must be motivated and able to push your own success.

You need to stay organized and manage your time well.

You must have an active Real Estate License.

Pay :

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability
