We're seeking a dedicated LVN to join our team at the Andrews Center, where compassion meets clinical excellence. In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, health monitoring, and medical input for individuals receiving HCS services. You'll collaborate with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality, person-centered care for every client.

What You'll Do :

Deliver nursing services and health monitoring for assigned consumers

Implement medically oriented and self-medication programs

Support staff through training and development

Respond effectively to medical emergencies

Coordinate with agencies to improve delivery of Medicaid services

Qualifications :

Texas LVN license (Board of Nurse Examiners)

Minimum two (2) years of experience in psychiatric or IDD nursing preferred

Valid Texas driver's license and insurability
