Quality Assurance Engineer

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their TOPS engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive manual testing of TOPS features and functionality before production deployment

Document and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently

Help establish and refine QA processes, test plans, and testing standards as the team transitions to modern development practices

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a strong desire to build a career in QA

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test documentation

Comfortable working with complex, legacy systems

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
