A company is looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join their technical team in Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support for endpoint infrastructure, including laptop hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Troubleshoot and manage Desktop endpoints for both Mac and Windows systems, assisting various users including executives
Manage ticketing systems and respond to endpoint issues, incidents, and emergencies
Required Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field experience
2+ years of Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, etc
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite administration
Experience with Audio / Video systems for conference rooms is a plus
