Descripción del trabajoUtilizing medical-surgical nursing standards to improve patient care and quality of life. Building effective relationships as an advocate for patients and their families. Applying the nursing process to create and implement tailored care plans. Collaborating with healthcare teams to assess needs and evaluate patient outcomes. Educating patients and families on health maintenance and recovery strategies. Fostering a supportive work environment as a mentor and role model. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. No prior experience is necessary—new graduates are encouraged to apply! Frequent standing, walking, and lifting responsibilities. Ability to communicate effectively and use medical equipment.
