CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
