Key Responsibilities

Cultivate understanding of clinical content and utilize analytics to drive program effectiveness

Lead clinical analytics projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary partners

Identify optimization opportunities through statistical data mining and predictive modeling

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a big-data analytics role

2+ years of project leadership experience in the healthcare industry

Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SQL and Python

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred

Understanding of healthcare systems and experience with large data sets
