Job Title :  Registered Nurse (Dialysis RN)

Job Location :  4775 N Green Bay Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53209

Shift Timing :   Monday-Saturday / 10 hour days / 40 hours guaranteed

Contract Length :  Permanent

Salary Range :  $75K to $93K / Per annum- No Housing

Required Certification / Licensure :

• 1+ year of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume - REQUIRED
• Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume - REQUIRED
• Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN - REQUIRED
• Must have FMC and EMR abilities - REQUIRED
• Certifications - don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• License - must be active for the state they will be working at time of submission
