Constellation Kids is seeking a full-time BCBA Supervisor for our new ABA clinic in Lynn. We are looking for a passionate, full-time on-site BCBA to case manage, have ongoing communication with parents, directly supervise and train staff, and create and implement behavior intervention plans and programs.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification and MA LABA.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably some experience in a clinic setting.
• Able to be in-person at the center during normal hours of operation.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
