Our multi-agent "System 2 AI" ingests 100M+ lines of code to maintain infinite code context, enabling us to autonomously build complete applications while engineering teams focus on the critical final 20%. Compensation : $125,000 base salary

About the Role
We're hiring a Recruiter to build Blitzy's world-class team across engineering, go-to-market, and operations during our most critical growth phase. You'll partner directly with our CEO and hiring managers to source, engage, and close top-tier talent in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
This is a hands-on, in-house recruiting role focused on full-cycle executionfrom sourcing to offer acceptance. You'll own the candidate experience end-to-end while building the systems and processes that enable us to scale our team efficiently. Your work will directly shape the company's trajectory as we revolutionize software development.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Source, screen, and manage candidates across engineering, sales, and operations rolesConduct initial phone screens that assess technical capabilities, culture fit, and motivationCoordinate complex interview schedules with multiple stakeholders while maintaining positive candidate experienceManage the offer process from comp discussions through acceptance, including reference checks and closing conversationsPipeline Management
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines in Rippling and / or ATSCreate targeted outbound sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platformsTrack and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness)Maintain organized documentation and ensure smooth handoffs between recruiting stagesStrategic Partnership
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and evaluation criteriaDesign effective interview loops that assess both technical capabilities and culture fitProvide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive landscapeAdvise on employer branding and recruiting strategies to attract top talentCandidate Experience

3-7 years of recruiting experience , ideally in startup or high-growth tech environmentsProven track record hiring for both engineering roles (backend, frontend, AI / ML) and go-to-market positions (sales, customer success, marketing)Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsExcellent communication abilities you can excite engineers about technical challenges and sales candidates about market opportunitiesExceptional organization and follow-through you never drop balls and maintain detailed, actionable pipelinesComfort in fast-paced environments you thrive on urgency and can balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience with ATS systems (Rippling experience preferred)Data-driven approach to recruiting with ability to track, analyze, and act on metricsWhat Makes You Stand Out

Who we are : Our Co-Founder and CTO is a Serial Gen AI Inventor who grew up in Pune, India, is a BITS Pilani graduate, and worked at NVIDIA's Pune office for 6 years (promoted 5 times in 6 years). After transferring to NVIDIA HQ in Santa Clara and making significant contributions, he completed dual Masters in Engineering and MBA from Harvard Business School.
