ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Garrett Seawright - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
