Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Consistently achieve new business production goals and performance targets.

Generate accurate insurance quotes, deliver engaging sales presentations, and successfully close sales.

Process premium payments and provide exceptional service to every customer interaction.

Proactively ask for referrals and share details about our customer referral program.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products.

Actively prospect for new business through cold calling, email outreach, and agency provided leads.

Requirements

What You Bring :

• Active Colorado Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance License
• Proven sales experience (Insurance sales experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual selling experience a plus)
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Results-driven and committed to exceeding expectations
• Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
