UX Researcher for Training

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Training & Education) to design and refine training courses related to prevention of sexual assault and other harmful behaviors in the military.

Key Responsibilities

Design evaluation plans, assessment tools, and performance metrics to enhance learning experiences

Assess training and products through usability testing, user interviews, and surveys

Collect and analyze user data to improve training programs and policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of directly related experience

Experience integrating UX or human-centered design research into training development

Ability to critically analyze complex issues and identify solutions

Experience employing engaging facilitation techniques with diverse stakeholders

Ability to obtain a security clearance
