This position is a hybrid role based out of the local Boston office.

In This Role, You Will

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.
• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Apply your expertise in income analysis including discounted cash flow (Argus and MS Excel) and direct capitalization, sales comparison approach, cost approach, and highest & best use.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.
